This website describes consulting services and education programmes and lets you enquire about them. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Consulting engagements and programme enrolments are governed by a separate written agreement or enrolment letter signed by both parties. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship or oblige us to accept an engagement. We may decline any enquiry or application at our discretion. Information you share in a discovery call is treated as confidential.
Programmes, applications and fees
- Programmes run in limited cohorts and are application-based. Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat.
- Fees, payment schedule, batch dates, deferral rules and refund terms are set out in the enrolment letter issued to each applicant before payment.
- We may change curriculum, schedule, faculty or delivery format where needed to maintain quality, and will inform enrolled participants of material changes.
- Programme materials are licensed to the participant for personal, non-commercial learning use only.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, budget, product, pricing, competition and the client’s own execution. Case studies, figures and examples on this website describe past results for specific businesses and are not a promise, projection or guarantee of the results you will achieve.
