Marketing team and agency management

Marketing team and agency management in Ahmedabad: one team, one system, one set of numbers.

Clear briefs · Shared targets · Scorecards · A monthly review

You already pay for a team, agencies and freelancers. I make them work as one system: clear briefs, shared targets, scorecards and a review rhythm that turns activity into results.

You don't need more vendors. You need the ones you have to deliver.

Marketing insights by Paaras Panndya

Agencies reporting activity

Monthly reports show posts, reach and impressions, but not enquiries or revenue.

Vendors working in silos

The SEO agency, the ads agency and the designer never see one plan.

Briefs that change every week

Priorities shift with every meeting, so nothing gets finished properly.

No scorecard

Nobody has agreed what good looks like, so nobody can be held to it.

The founder chasing everyone

You spend hours coordinating vendors instead of running the business.

When nobody leads the team, everyone stays busy and growth stays flat.

Leadership for the team you already have.

Before you replace an agency or hire another person, give the current team a leader.

I take ownership of your marketing team, agencies and freelancers: one strategy, clear briefs, agreed targets and a review rhythm. Most clients keep their existing vendors. They just finally get results from them.

Why work with me

I know how marketing is sold, and how it should be bought.

In 2009 I founded a search-marketing firm in Ahmedabad, so I know what agencies promise, what they deliver and where the gap hides. At Crimson Interactive’s Enago, I led marketing teams and channel partners across international markets against monthly targets.

Today I lead marketing teams and agencies for growing businesses as a Fractional CMO. I hold every vendor to the outcome, and I spend my clients’ money as if it were mine.

What working together looks like.

A clear first 90 days, then a steady rhythm of decisions and reviews.

Days 1–30DiagnoseAudit, stakeholder conversations and a growth diagnosis. You get a written diagnosis and the three to five priorities that matter most.
Days 31–60Decide and buildStrategy agreed, roadmap in motion, channel priorities set, tracking fixed, and your team and agencies aligned to clear briefs.
Days 61–90Lead and optimiseFirst performance review, experiments in market, what works scaled, and the next quarter’s growth plan agreed.

These phases are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes. The plan adapts to your stage and starting point.

Cadence and access

A set number of days each month, agreed at the start, with weekly check-ins and a monthly review. You work directly with me, not a junior account manager.

Team, execution and fees

Your team and agencies execute; I lead the strategy, the briefs and the reviews. Diagnosis and strategy are a fixed fee; ongoing work is a monthly retainer, quoted after a free 30-minute conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about team and agency management.

Do we need to replace our agency?

Usually not. Most clients keep their existing agency and in-house team. I set the briefs, targets and review rhythm so they're accountable to outcomes, and we only replace a vendor if it still can't deliver.

How do you hold agencies accountable?

Each agency gets a clear brief, agreed targets and a scorecard, and results are reviewed every month against those targets. Reports move from activity to enquiries, conversion and revenue.

Can you help us hire a marketing team?

Yes. I help define the roles, interview candidates with you, and onboard new hires into the strategy and review rhythm.

Do you only manage agencies, or in-house teams too?

Both. I lead in-house teams, agencies and freelancers together, so everyone works to one plan and one set of numbers.

How much does team and vendor management cost?

It's part of a Fractional CMO engagement, a monthly retainer based on committed days. I quote after a free 30-minute conversation. Agency and execution costs are separate.
